LH OneApp is an enterprise-grade hybrid ERP-CRM super app developed for Lafarge Holcim. It unifies over 10+ fragmented business apps—spanning order management, logistics, CRM, dealer-retailer onboarding, and inventory tracking—into a single, secure platform. The app was built from scratch and now powers the daily operations of 250+ internal employees and 5,000+ approved customers, with deep Salesforce integration for real-time insights and decision-making.

Project Goals

Lafarge Holcim was operating multiple siloed applications for managing different stages of its sales and logistics pipeline. The goal was to:

  • Consolidate these into “OneApp” — a single app for all operations
  • Streamline internal workflows (order placement, delivery tracking, approvals)
  • Provide an easy interface for dealers and customers to place, track, and dispute orders
  • Enable real-time visibility across departments using Salesforce

My Role

As the Mobile Application Team Lead from Leveor, I worked under a PM and led the mobile app development for Berger Tech Consulting Ltd., delivering the entire Flutter-based solution for Lafarge Holcim. My responsibilities included:

  • Leading the mobile app development team and coordinating with backend developers
  • Designing the app architecture and implementing key features
  • Integrating with Salesforce for real-time data sync
  • Ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of the app
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback
  • Training internal teams on app usage and best practices
